Per Steinar Lothe      |      Owner

Per Steinar Lothe, a key figure in business development since 1970, has shaped an impressive career marked by the construction of diverse industrial buildings, schools, public structures, and office buildings for oil companies in the vibrant Stavanger area. Lothe founded Kverneland Næringspark at the age of 67 on a 140,000m2 site, and today, the park stands as Norway's most energy-efficient industrial park. The implementation of high-heat capacity wall and roof elements attests to his goal of maximizing building energy efficiency. His holistic approach to business practices, where innovation, efficiency, and sustainability go hand in hand, underscores not only Lothe's professional proficiency but also his commitment to responsible business development.
Even at the age of 81, Per Steinar maintains his involvement in technologically advanced and energy-efficient construction projects. His Norwegian company, Polyconcreto AS, owner of a building concept that, through a unique combination of steel and polyconcrete, achieves high strength and insulation capacity in both wall and roof elements. This enables optimal performance in homes, schools, and commercial buildings, especially tailored to regions with warmer climates where effective insulation reduces the need for indoor cooling. Additionally, Per Steinar shares his extensive knowledge by employing and providing training to the local population in both the production and assembly of these environmentally friendly homes. This approach gives them the
opportunity to participate in a shared, technologically forward-looking development in renewable energy, while contributing
to the strengthening of the local community. This perspective extends both nationally and internationally, emphasizing the
importance of creating sustainable solutions for a cleaner future.

Kverneland Næringspark.JPG

Kverneland Næringspark (140,000m2), developed by Per Steinar Lothe at age 67, is one of the most energy-efficient parks in Norway

This is a typical Polyconcreto low-energy home, a two-story family residence in the Dominican Republic, delivered by our local factory. Constructed with our advanced wall and roof elements, it offers exceptional thermal strength and energy efficiency. The home exemplifies the innovative approach of Polyconcreto, much like Kverneland Næringspark, developed by Per Steinar Lothe at age 67, which stands as one of the most energy-efficient parks in Norway
