Production of low-energy homes

WE CREATE JOB OPPORTUNITIES AND STRENGHTEN LOCAL COMMUNITY
Polyconcreto AS delivers turnkey factories and comprehensive production and installation training for constructing highly efficient, low-energy homes in diverse climates across regions between 40 degrees North and South latitude
Each plant employs 15 to 20 local people and produces eight 66.5 square meter homes with two bedrooms and one bathroom every month. By incorporating 30 cubic meters of recycled plastic bottles and polystyrene collected from local areas into the wall and roof elements for each house, we create highly insulated homes perfectly suited for warmer climates, minimizing energy consumption and maximizing comfort while contributing to a cleaner environment and circular economy.
By locally sourcing reinforcing steel, cement, and timber for our plywood and timber molds, we support local economies and reduce transportation emissions.
Our Design for Manufacturing (DFM) approach uses a simple production and installation method, making it easy to train workers with basic education. This ensures that almost anyone can do the work, which is crucial for third-world markets
